This job is physically and mentally demanding. You are required to stand for the majority of your shift while also squatting and standing countless times during appointments and carrying on a conversation with your client. You also need to be friendly and have an upbeat, fun personality that can adapt to your clients. We can teach almost anyone how to spray tan, so personality and demeanor are our top priorities when looking for the right fit!
Other personal attributes you should have to be successful in this role? Detail oriented, eager to learn, stellar interpersonal skills and most of all…be a team player. We are a small business and there’s no such thing as “that’s not my job.”
