For best results, keep your skin moisturized daily after your initial rinse! Hydrated skin will allow for longer lasting results and natural, even fading. We recommend Hempz Triple Moisture, which can be found at the EB Studio, Target or Ulta.
After your first rinse, you can workout, however we recommend waiting at least 24 hours. Additionally, be aware that sweating and/or rubbing of tight clothing, such as sports bras, will cause your tan to fade faster.
As mentioned with working out, any activity that involves sweating can make your tan fade faster. Ideally, it's best to recommend long, hot showers, saunas, hot tubs or soaking in any water for long periods of time.
Try to use soap only where necessary. Avoid using body scrubs, shaving or exfoliating for as long as possible. When you are drying off after a shower, pat yourself dry instead of rubbing your skin with your towel.
