All booking is done online and your credit card is required to hold your appointment. Payment is not due until your appointment. Your card is on file for cancellation policy purposes only.
Appointments canceled within 12 hours of appointment time will be charged a 50% fee of service scheduled. No shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Our grace period is 5 minutes. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show, subject to paying 100% of the service fee.
